The annual tennis coaching for young people was a great success again this year. We had our great coach, Jamie Miller, for a whole week. The under 10’s played in the mornings and there were 48 attended, while in the afternoons 34 seniors played. Many of the youngsters came for all five sessions. There were one or two wet periods when they played inside the new Community Centre building, which was available for the first time this year. All the youngsters learned new skills and improved old ones.

The event was sponsored by the Knucklas Youth Club and Powys County Council funded it. These weeks have run very successfully for several years, and we hope to repeat it again next year.
