Castle Hill in the snow
One of the most interesting aspects of Knucklas is Castle Hill. This includes a Cadw listed monument surrounded by native woodland. Below this is a community orchard and 35 allotments for local growers. The hill covers about 21 acres and is open access and visitors are welcome to explore it; it is considered to be a village green for the benefit of all.
