Living world of Knucklas Castle CANCELLED TODAYLiving world of Knucklas Castle CANCELLED TODAY – On the first Saturday of each month throughout the year there will be a FREE workshop session for families to find out the secret history and living world of Knucklas Castle and its surrounding land.
The first session is on the 6th of January, and find out what happens on the hill in January: what's growing, what's sleeping - and why we have to wake up the trees!

Rail line 150th anniversary eventRail line 150th anniversary event A special launch train for the 150th anniversary celebrations get under way today. The train leaves Shrewsbury station at 10.09 am. It is hoped civic dignitaries' and press will be on the train. Paul Salveson and Moira Davidson will be there. Gordon Yapp will reading poems by R.S.Thomas.
